Carrie Girl, a public school teacher from Iowa City, Iowa, emailed us about the Obama rings she’s made as a fundraiser in support of the Obama campaign:

I’m a public school teacher and don’t really have the cash to donate to the campaign, so I had the idea that I would make something crafty with what I have–sell it–and donate a portion of the profit to the campaign.
