The Print Going to Ohio
This is the image we’re printing on the shirts we’re sending to Chillocothe, Ohio.

Not only does it incorporate the Obama logo and the Ohio state flag, the font used is the Ohio State University font. If you’ve ever been to Ohio during football season, you know what that’s important.
If you’re planning on coming to our Screen Print for Change Party tomorrow, please consider bringing a T-shirt to donate that we’ll print this image on and send to this important part of of this very important swing state!

DDOOCFS: The New Power Tie
Denver-based Etsy seller Lineology hand screen prints these recycled ties with a graphic, bold print that would stand out nicely against a crisp white dress shirt. They come in many colors (just like our nation) and there’s a style to coordinate with any guy’s wardrobe. And, of course, a portion from the sale of each of these ties is donated by the seller to the Obama-Biden campaign.

Austin Screen Printing Party
In Austin, Texas last week crafters got together to screen print and raise money for the Obama-Biden campaign. In exchange for a $10 donation, you could have anything—from a T-shirt to a car sun shade screen printed. These are Rachel‘s photos from the event.
Created with Admarket’s flickrSLiDR.
For you Portland peeps… Send us an email at sewersewist@gmail.com or comment on this post if this is something you’d be interesting in attending. We’re looking at Saturday, October 11… We’ll gauge interest and, if enough people are game, we’ll organize one here! Let us know ASAP.
