Using the pattern from The Alabama Stitch Book, flickr user ksemonsky sewed and appliqued this stylish Obama T-shirt corset just in time for Election Day.

Is there anything more adorable than an Obama-inspired baby outfit? We don’t think so… This one was appliqued by Becky in New Mexico for her daughter to wear when they volunteer with a Mamas for Obama group. Susan is continuing the Portland push to cover houses all over the city in Obama party pennants! And she’s gone all out!

We think that she has pretty much topped both our pennants and Becky’s rainbow pennants… But, we’re happy to see that Portlanders are keeping our city both crafty and Obama-fied.

Trudy in Durham, North Carolina emailed us this marvelous photo of the skirts she’s made as part of her fundraising effort for the Obama campaign. If you’d like one of these unique garments, send Trudy an email (she doesn’t have an Etsy shop) at lilwing [at] mindspring [dot] com. She doesn’t have an Etsy, shop so she’s primarily looking for locals who are interested in purchasing a skirt. But, if you’re not in the area, she’s can work something out with you as well. North Carolina resident kristabird (those are her Chucks poking out from under the blanket in this photo) sewed this cozy fleece Barack Obama blanket (the back is blue, which is not shown in this photo) to donate as a raffle prize at Baracktoberfest in Carrboro, North Carolina this coming Sunday, October 19. Sounds like a fun event, too!
