Not amazing at all--I can't hear the TV over the sewing machine.... ;) I just washed it today, it acquired just the right amount of soft fraying around the letters....sweet. All the materials here were thrifted and already in my house, btw, so it took about an hour to make, no shopping required.

And this morning when I dropped off my daughter a school, one of the teachers asked, "Can I ask where you got that cute Obama T-shirt you were wearing the other day?" She was looking for one like it, for her mother! I said if she brings me two t-shirts, I'll make one for her, too.

This is a great project, I'm looking forward to seeing what else folks make in support of Obama.
