Yes We Can!

Check out this post from The Fabric Society, who stitched a beautiful fabric “Yes We Can” banner to wave at Senator Obama as he was on his way to a fundraiser. Not only did they see him, they got to meet him! The Fabric Society is sending their banner around the country for others to wave on a busy corner for an hour or two. What a wonderful way to realize Obama’s vision for collaboration and community-building.

This fabulous Obama campaign T-shirt was reversed-appliqued by blogger Pennamite. Amazingly, she did the entire applique by hand–no sewing machine. Impressive…
